Refund policy

At Poppet Gels we want you to love your nails. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Your 14-day cancellation right
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.

Hygiene exclusion
Because our nail wraps are personal-care products, for health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of items where the packaging has been opened or the product used, unless the item is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at help@poppetgels.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — including any return postage.

How to start a return
Email help@poppetgels.com with your order number. We'll confirm the return address and next steps. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
